How do I get my tickets?
After checkout, your tickets are available immediately at My tickets — we also email you a magic link. No app, no account needed.
Why no buyer fees?
Because we don't think you should pay extra to enter a high-school game. Our platform takes a small fee from the organizing party, not from you.
Can I transfer a ticket to a friend?
Yes — open any ticket in My tickets and tap Transfer. They have 7 days to accept.
What if the event is cancelled or moved?
The organization can issue a refund directly to your card. If you don't see it within a week of a cancellation, email us.
Do you work with non-school events?
Yes — schools, club teams, leagues, theaters, fundraisers, non-profits. Anyone with a real event and a Stripe account.
I'm an organization — how do I get started?
Visit For organizations to create a host account. Stripe Connect onboarding takes about 10 minutes.
